Located in the hip surf town of Paia, VANA celebrates the flavors of Hawaii and showcases locally grown ingredients and Japanese inspired dishes. Our menus feature farm fresh salads, local seafood, vegetarian items, *sushi, steak and desserts.

Maui Chef Sean carefully created our dinner menus while Jessica, our mixologist developed prohibition-inspired cocktails.



Guests can enjoy four unique dining experiences; our main dining area situated underneath the canopy of our gorgeous Hau Tree, the Chef’s Table where Maui chefs Sean & Tadashi San can be seen in action, gives guests a front row seat to artful sushi making and grilled items, and the Jade Bar, where guests can enjoy a meal with a prohibition-inspired cocktail made by the restaurant’s mixologist. Our newest addition we are featuring the Vana Room, where you can enjoy private dining for up to sixteen guest. We’re open daily for dinner from 6-10p.
